Tiffaney has a background in heavy equipment operating, carpentry, and social & human services. Her experience as a working parent, passion for environmental stewardship, and dedication to creating equitable opportunities drive our mission and values.  

Laurie is a Journey level commercial carpenter with over 10 years in the field. Her background in communications and Masters in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology keep our teams working safely and efficiently. 

May holds an MBA and MS in Finance from Northeastern University's D'Amore-McKim School of Business, and a BS in Accounting. Her experience in HR and finance, meticulous attention to detail, and passion for helping others play an integral role in our success.      

Helen has over 30 years of industrial, bridge, commercial, marine, and residential hands-on professional engineering experience. She is certified by the NCEES and SECB, is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, and a member of the Society of Women Engineers. 

Cristina's extensive experience and dedication to fostering inclusive environments for individuals with physical and intellectual differences enables us to be among the few developers capable of creating job opportunities tailored to each person's unique strengths; building a stronger community for everyone.
