She has studied sustainable building design with organizations such as: The USGBC, Earthship Biotecture, The ARCSA, Greywater Alliance, and The Living Future Institute. Her lifelong dedication to environmental stewardship, experience as a working parent, and belief that everyone should have an equal opportunity to succeed shape our mission, vision, and principles.  

Laurie is a journey-level commercial carpenter with over 10 years of experience in the field. Her strong background in communications, combined with a Master's in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology enhances project outcomes by consistently maintaining a company culture of safety, collaboration, and efficiency. 

With over 30 years of extensive experience in industrial, bridge, commercial, marine, and residential engineering, Helen brings a wealth of knowledge to the field. She is certified by the NCEES and SECB, showcasing her commitment to professional excellence. As a proud member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Society of Women Engineers, Helen is dedicated to advancing the engineering profession.

May is a Senior Accounting professional who has successfully led multiple teams and organizations in various managerial, controller, and director roles. Holding both an MS and MBA in Finance from Northeastern University's D'Amore-McKim School of Business, as well as a BS in Accounting, her exceptional leadership abilities, commitment to excellence, and dedication to driving results ensure our teams remain accountable and within budget.
