Tiffaney is a licensed construction supervisor, class B commercial vehicle operator, and 2B licensed hoisting engineer with a background in Social & Human Services and commercial carpentry. She has studied sustainable building design with organizations such as: The USGBC, Earthship Biotecture, The ARCSA, Greywater Alliance, and The Living Future Institute. Her experience and dedication to social & environmental responsibility drive our operations and values.

Laurie is a journey-level commercial carpenter with over a decade of experience in the field. Her strong background in communications, combined with a Master's in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology drives our company culture of safety, collaboration, and efficiency.

She is certified by the NCEES and SECB. As a proud member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Society of Women Engineers, Helen is dedicated to advancing the engineering profession.

May is a Senior Accounting professional who has successfully led teams in managerial, controller, and director roles. Holding both an MS and MBA in Finance from Northeastern University's D'Amore-McKim School of Business, as well as a BS in Accounting, May keeps us organized, on schedule, and on budget.
