Our Team

We are proud to be one of the few general contractors with a dedicated trades training program designed specifically to support individuals with disabilities, because we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to build a career in construction. Our leadership team and advisory board brings together more than 140 years of combined experience in construction, business management, and field operations. The majority of or team has spent time working hands-on in the field, giving us firsthand insight into the real challenges faced on job sites every day. This deep, practical knowledge allows us to identify and eliminate traditional pain points, streamline processes, and deliver more efficient, effective projects.

Tiffaney Ross

Tiffaney is a licensed construction supervisor, and commercial carpenter with a background in Social and Human Services. She has held a class B commercial driver's license for over 20 years and has a 2B hoisting license. Tiffaney has studied sustainable building design with organizations such as: The USGBC, Earthship Biotecture, The ARCSA, Greywater Alliance, and The Living Future Institute. Her lifelong dedication to environmental stewardship and experience as a working parent shape our mission, vision, and principles.

Laurie is a journey-level commercial carpenter with over 10 years of experience in the field. Her strong background in communications, combined with a Master's in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology enhances project outcomes by consistently maintaining a company culture of safety, collaboration, and efficiency.
